Hardox® HiAce

Wear plate for acidic, corrosive environments.

What is Hardox® HiAce?

Hardox® HiAce is a 450 HBW wear plate engineered for environments that combine abrasion with corrosion. In acidic slurries, waste handling and humid process lines, ordinary wear plate loses thickness to rust as fast as to wear. HiAce is the grade SSAB® positions for that combination.

Properties below follow the official SSAB® datasheet and product program. For stock and lead time in Egypt, ask BSF.

Hardness
450 HBW nominal
Impact toughness
50 J at -40 C (typical)
Plate thickness
4 to 100 mm
Delivery condition
Quenched or quenched and tempered
