What is Hardox® 500 Tuf?
Hardox® 500 Tuf is the world's hardest wear plate with structural properties. It combines hardness around 490 HBW with guaranteed toughness, so it can carry load as well as resist wear. That lets designers use thinner plate, cut weight and add payload on buckets, tippers, mining trays and containers.

Hardox® 500 Tuf is BSF's preferred grade for buckets, tippers and edges where the part must take load and wear together. We build complete buckets or rebuild existing ones from machine model, dimensions or an existing sample. Fabricated at our Hardox® Wearparts center in Alexandria, Egypt.
