BSF (Borg El Arab for Steel Fabrication) was founded in 2005 by Eng. Attia Selim to deliver high-quality steel pipes, structures, and accessories. What began as support for contracting demand became a leading steel fabrication force in Egypt, and, since 2016, an official Hardox Wearparts center in Alexandria.

Eng. Attia Selim was born in 1945 and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cairo University in 1968. In the early seventies he established ATTEMO, a contracting company specializing in water piping solutions in Alexandria. He founded BSF to meet ATTEMO’s growing demand for high-quality steel pipes, structures, and accessories, and what began as a supporting entity quickly became a leading force in steel fabrication. With the dedication and expertise of his sons, BSF continued to expand, earning recognition in 2016 as an official Hardox Wearparts center. Eng. Attia remained deeply passionate about his work until his passing in 2021. Today, BSF upholds his vision under the family and team’s leadership.
