Buckets face sliding abrasion and repeated impact at the lip, corners, and sidewalls. SSAB shows that manufacturing the entire bucket body in Hardox 500 Tuf reduces separate liner packages, cuts weight, and can extend wear life up to 50% compared with Hardox 450.
