Quarry liners protect crushers, chutes, and transfer points where granite and highly abrasive rock combine sliding and impact wear. Hardox plate extends service life between replacements and keeps maintenance predictable.
Every change of transfer direction needs a chute liner subjected to intensive wear. Crushing rock involves both sliding and impact, calling for hard and tough grades. SSAB recommends Hardox 500 Tuf, 550, or 600 for chute liners, wear bars, and cheek plates.
